"How to Get a $32.60 Refund and Gift Basket from Delta Airlines: A Daughter's Survival Manual" is a pamphlet initially created for the exhibition "Chain Letter" presented by Shoshana Wayne Gallery. Ironically, it contains no instructions for securing a refund. Instead, the booklet presents a 6-month correspondence between the author and airline employees as she requests reimbursement after missing her mother's mastectomy.
