30" x 40"
The poster represents the final frame of a 20-frame animated gif inviting Otis Faculty to an evening of
Pecha Kucha presentations.
To reference Pecha Kucha's Japanese origins, Erin and Davey wrote a haiku (set in rainbow text).

Works in Progress Poster

digital print
30" x 40"
While the theme "works in progress", as well as the number and dates of lectures were determined at the start of the series, the speakers were not. The poster design reflects the series's evolving content by remaining incomplete. As the date of a lecture approached laser-printed flyers filled in the blanks with more details. Following each presentation the associated flyer was turned over to mark its finish. (L–R, top–bottom): teaser poster, lecture #1, lecture #2, lecture #3)

Works in Progress Poster (in situ)
The poster’s large scale claimed much (too much) of the space on each of the bulletin boards. As the semester progressed, other notices and flyers became part of the poster, heightening its assembled feel.
